My process started with a phone interview where they asked why I wanted to work there and what my favorite products were.

After that, I moved into a group setting where the focus shifted from basic background to actually practicing how to sell a product.

The in-person group part leaned into conversation and interaction more than anything formal, and it felt more like a sales role simulation than a traditional Q&A. I left feeling like they were looking for comfort engaging customers and delivering a pitch naturally. The phone screen and the group selling practice together made it feel pretty clearly tailored to the job.
