I went through a quick, manager-led interview where they asked about my experience and how much I could take on in terms of hours.

The people I talked to were nice, and the whole interaction felt like it stayed pretty straightforward rather than anything overly formal.

I wasn’t able to accept the offer, since it didn’t line up with what I was looking for. But even with that, I felt good about having gone through the process and getting a clear sense of the role.

My honest reflection is that it felt like it could work well for someone earlier in their career or someone who didn’t want to commit to a huge schedule, even if it wasn’t the right fit for me.
