I reached out about the Account Executive role and talked with them about my availability and my customer service experience.

The conversation felt ordinary—just the usual talk about what I could bring to the team—but then the waiting was brutal. It took months to hear back that they weren’t moving forward, even though they had hired multiple people after I had introduced myself.

After the interview, I followed up a few days later just to check in, and they emphasized they would contact me. That reassurance didn’t end up meaning anything. Honestly, the whole experience left a bad taste because the communication pace and the outcome didn’t match what I was led to expect.
