Fresno, CAPosted May 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a phone interview, and then it moved into an intense skills-focused interview.

What they emphasized throughout was less about finding a single “gotcha” question and more about whether I would fit their culture.

Even though the details of the questions weren’t spelled out in what I captured, the overall tone stayed consistent: they pushed for capability and alignment rather than just reciting technical trivia. That culture fit theme stayed front and center for me during the intense portion, and it shaped how I felt the whole interview landed.
