After the initial screening stage, I went through what felt like a standard two-round assessment centre flow.

It was pretty structured: one round focused on a case study and the other was mostly normal behavioural questions. Each round lasted about an hour, so I had to keep my pace and energy steady.

I also encountered a version of this where the work came through a mix of brainteasers and behavioural questions, plus a commercial-awareness angle. The technical side didn’t land as deeply technical; it was more about reasoning and how I connected ideas. I remember thinking I was talking to multiple people across the rounds, and the set-up pushed me to be articulate rather than just correct.
