My HireVue followed by further interviews felt like it was moving normally at first, but the overall experience ended up surprising me.

While the discussions framed it as more technical on paper, when I got deeper into the process it felt much less like a technical role and more like something closer to a support/research function with lots of audit-oriented work.

The behavioral portion didn’t really match what I had expected in terms of technical challenge. Instead, the emphasis shifted toward tasks that felt more administrative/research-heavy.

I ended up not accepting an offer. Honestly, it was disappointing because the role alignment didn’t match the story I thought I was interviewing for.
