Bajaj Finance Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

IndiaPosted Mar 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview experience started with a group discussion, which was the first step before any deeper technical part.

In the GD, we were given a topic and had to discuss it as a group, and the dynamic mattered because it was clearly part of their shortlisting.

After that, I had a technical interview round, and then it ended with an HR round. Overall, the process felt like it was trying to evaluate both how I handled discussion in a group setting and how I performed in the subsequent technical and people-focused conversations. I didn’t receive an offer, but the flow itself felt like a deliberate sequence from communication to skills to fit.
