My first step was a short hour-long call with a recruiter.

After that, I had a virtual interview panel with three bankers, and then I went in person to meet the same group again.

Everything felt fairly relaxed and low-friction. I got the impression they were eager to fill the role, because the conversations didn’t come across as overly guarded. The structure was simple—recruiter call, panel, then an in-person follow-up—and the tone stayed calm throughout. I ultimately received an offer, and what stood out most to me was how quickly the interview rhythm moved once I got in front of the bankers.
