The first stage for me was a practical assignment, and what stood out was the flexibility in how I could complete it.

I could choose between doing it as a home assignment, a live coding session, or as a series of online coding tasks. After that, I moved into a technical interview, and finally I had a manager interview.

Because the initial step let me pick a format, the process felt more considerate than rigid. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure was straightforward and the sequence matched what I expected: assessment, technical discussion, then managerial fit.
