KrakówPosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The early part of my process felt well-organized and efficient.

My initial HR interview was positive: the recruiter was accommodating and made sure the discussion fit within the time I had. After that, I received an easy test that I could pass without much strain.

Then things shifted during the technical interview. The technical lead started with questions that felt very senior-level, and midway through they even asked something awkward about whether I was applying for a senior position. Even aside from that, the team lead came across as poorly prepared and behaved arrogantly during the interview. The next day, I received negative feedback from HR.
