Backbase Frontend Engineer interview experience

I began with an introduction from the hiring manager about Backbase and what the hiring journey would look like, then moved into a codility test. After that, I went through separate technical and management rounds.

It took about two weeks overall, and the pace was fast enough that everything stayed fresh. I didn’t get an offer, but the timeline was clear and the process didn’t drag.
