Axtria Business Analyst interview experience

I started with a phone interview and then moved to an onsite interview at their office in Jersey. The commute was genuinely a downside because the location was far away.

While the interview itself was manageable and not overly complex, I ended up being kept waiting for months afterward. That long gap turned the whole experience sour even though the actual interviews weren’t difficult.

I did receive an offer. Still, the main thing I remember was the waiting period, which far outweighed how smooth the conversations were.
