I got contacted directly for a senior position, and the process was described to me as two stages: a telephonic interview from India first, followed by an onsite round.

The timeline felt a bit inconsistent from the start, because the HR had mentioned sending an email with details, but I didn’t receive anything related to the job description.

When the interviews didn’t line up neatly with what I expected, the overall experience leaned difficult mainly due to the lack of clarity and documentation. Despite being called for a senior role, the process didn’t feel organized from my side, and I never reached an offer.
