SeaTac, WAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a short, to-the-point interview that felt more like a conversation than a formal hiring step.

They needed someone for a specific commercial driver situation, and I talked through my constraints around pay and what I needed financially to commit. The whole thing moved fast, and the interaction was smooth.

There wasn’t much drawn-out questioning—more of a quick alignment on whether the terms made sense. I ended up not taking the role because the pay didn’t fit my expectations for the responsibilities. The experience was surprisingly easy in terms of process, but it also showed me how quickly negotiations can end things even when the interview goes well.
