After a recruiter call, I ended up with a hiring manager conversation and then a technical panel round with developers, QA, and devops.

The hiring manager focused on behavioral questions and also asked me to walk through an app I had tested, including what they should expect from my approach.

The technical part leaned on practical problem-solving. I was asked some leet-code style questions, and the panel also probed more generally into how I think about QA—what I pay attention to and how I approach QA as a discipline. Overall, the process felt structured and fairly average in difficulty, just very execution-focused once I reached the panel.
