Montreal, QCPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview experience for a software engineer intern role ended up being pretty smooth and positive.

The final interview consisted of behavioral questions and lasted about an hour.

What stayed with me was the feeling of it being a good conversation rather than a stressful interrogation. I heard back quickly afterward—within three business days. That fast turnaround and the comfortable format made the overall process feel easy, and even without an offer decision in the notes, the interview itself clearly landed well from my perspective.
