I went through a senior-track process that was described as four levels, and it lived up to that structure with multiple coding rounds and more involved technical questioning.

The panel format felt like a typical progression across different interviewers, with each person focusing on a different slice of what they wanted to evaluate, and we also discussed different projects I’d worked on.

Even though I didn’t move forward, the overall feel was that the bar was higher than a standard entry-level flow. The interviews didn’t feel casual; they felt like a series designed to test depth across rounds. The difficulty landed firmly in the difficult range because the questioning kept building rather than staying shallow.
