Autodesk Software Engineer interview experience

I had a quick recruiter meeting where it was made very clear I was moving forward and that they’d schedule my interview.

After I reached back out when I didn’t hear anything, I got an automated out-of-office response, and then eventually I received an email saying they were done interviewing a few weeks later. That left me feeling like the process stalled without a clear explanation.

I didn’t get an offer, and my reflection was that the communication breakdown made the whole journey feel chaotic rather than competitive.
