My interview structure started after a shortlist was released.

I was part of the group that attended an online coding round; after qualifying there, I moved into a technical interview round, and then the process ended with an HR interview round.

Even though I only described the sequence at a high level, the evaluation felt like it was designed to filter in stages: coding first, then deeper technical discussion, and finally people-fit.

I didn’t end up with an offer. The overall experience felt like a funnel, and my reflection was that the path depended heavily on clearing each gate without much room for second chances.
