Autodesk Software Engineer interview experience

Even before the interviews felt final, the scheduling and communication lagged. I had to coordinate rounds without much timely feedback, and I kept waiting on input after the fact.

The most frustrating part was the delay in getting feedback from a round that happened about two weeks earlier, and that lack of follow-through made the whole experience feel stalled. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and by the time I was still waiting for feedback, it didn’t leave a good impression.
