Toronto, ONPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up going through a long chain of interviews—six rounds total—and the whole process felt slow and inefficient to me.

After the final step, I was told I was one of the final candidates, and I was expecting at least a wrap-up call.

Instead, I received an automated rejection email with no real feedback. I remember being genuinely surprised because I felt like I’d done quite well in the last round. The rejection itself wasn’t what stung most—it was the lack of a proper final conversation or any closure on what went wrong, given how much time and effort I’d invested.
