Dublin, DublinPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Honestly, the process felt like a waste of time because the role didn’t match the basics from the start.

The job description listed five years of product manager experience as a must, but when the offshore recruiter came in with the offered range, it ended up at the very bottom of what I’d seen for a public company in the Irish market.

On top of that, the salary didn’t feel realistic with a mandatory hybrid setup in Dublin. That combination—an unusually low range relative to the stated requirement, plus the location expectation—made me feel like the interview process wasn’t aligned with what they were actually offering.
