My process started like an assessment day where I was moved through several activities back-to-back, including team-based activities plus coding and technical interview segments.

It felt intentionally varied, but still tightly structured.

A big chunk of it included personality-style questions, and then I got hit with two numerical questions. What stood out was how they asked me to speak through the explanations as I worked through the numbers, not just give the final answers. Overall it felt difficult and more like a broad filter than a single targeted technical conversation.
