I started with an initial screening call with a technical recruiter.

The recruiter was clear that I’d be moving on to the next steps, and the conversation felt straightforward.

After that, I never heard back. I waited and reached out with follow-ups, but I didn’t get any response or status update on where things stood. The whole process just went silent after the recruiter screen, and that left me feeling stuck and confused about the timeline and my next steps.
