I went through a lot of interviews—six rounds total—and ended up talking to about nine people.

My situation was a bit special since I was trying to relocate from the EU to China, and that shaped a lot of the conversations.

Everyone was friendly and appeared prepared. The interviewers wanted to learn a lot about me, but there wasn’t much time for me to ask questions back. The day-to-day experience felt smooth socially, even though it left me with fewer opportunities to get clarity from my side.
