I found the role through LinkedIn and quickly got contacted to see if I was interested.

After that, we moved into a scheduled Zoom call.

Following the call, I received directions and help on how to prepare for an online test, and then I was given a week to complete it. The preparation period felt well-defined, and the communication was clear about the timeline.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer. What stuck with me was how brief the human interaction was compared to the weight of that online testing step—the process was mostly about completing the test within the given window.
