I came into the process through an internal referral, and the HR contact helped coordinate everything in a clear, supportive way.

They were friendly and informative, and they kept the interview rounds moving.

The only part that felt a little tense was the timeline around the offer decision—it felt rushed, like there wasn’t much time to absorb what was happening. Still, we worked through it.

Overall it was a positive experience, and even though I didn’t end up with the role, the coordination and responsiveness from the recruiting side were the strongest parts of the journey. My main reflection was that the process ran well operationally, but the decision timing felt abrupt.
