My interviews started with a recruiter phone screening, followed by a phone interview with a sales manager.

After that, I was moved into three more video interviews with different members of the sales team.

Across the video calls, each person asked a mix of behavioral questions and some sales-oriented questions. The overall experience felt welcoming; I didn’t get the sense that the team was trying to trip me up, and the conversations stayed smooth.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself felt well-paced and approachable. It was one of those interviews where the format was clear and I could focus on answering rather than trying to decode what they wanted.
