Attentive Account Executive interview experience

I believe I went through four total rounds, and while each conversation had a slightly different angle, the process didn’t drag.

I still felt some redundancy at points—like I was re-covering similar themes with different people—but the overall experience stayed positive. The conversations helped build a picture of what the role involved and how the team thought about fit.

I didn’t get the offer, but the way the rounds were organized made it feel efficient. The best part for me was that the process moved quickly enough that the repetition didn’t become a deal-breaker.
