I applied through a university Handshake posting, and the process moved quickly—around two to three weeks total.

I started with an intro call with the manager, then had a written assignment, and finished with a final interview involving four members of the team.

Everything felt smooth and straightforward, and I didn’t run into any surprises in the sequence. Each step stayed focused on the basics: getting a sense of how I would work with the role and team, then using the written assignment as a closer test before meeting the group in the final round. I left with a generally positive impression even though I didn’t receive an offer.
