Attentive Account Executive interview experience

Easy

Positive

United StatesPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview with Attentive felt enjoyable and personable, which is honestly the biggest thing I remember.

The process came across as easy, and I felt like I got to know several people rather than just moving through a checklist.

I was able to connect with what I value and the kind of value I aim to deliver, and it didn’t feel like they were trying to just measure me from a script. Everyone I met seemed like they genuinely wanted to understand me.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the experience itself left a good impression. Even without the final result, it was one of the more positive interview journeys I’ve had because it felt human throughout.
