I interviewed with Attentive while I was also talking with a few other companies, and it stood out immediately as unusually human and personalized.

I was genuinely surprised by how much care they put into the process, especially given the company’s size.

The recruiter guided me closely, calling me through each step and being very clear with instructions and resources so I knew what to expect. The journey started with a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter, then a 30-minute phone interview with a senior sales manager, followed by a 30-minute Zoom interview with an EAE. The last stage was a 45-minute mock presentation with three sales managers.

Afterwards, I ended up accepting an offer, and even then the team reached out separately
