My process included a series of four interviews, starting with recruiting and then moving into sales team interviews.

Along the way, I completed a sales exercise where I recorded a voicemail for a hypothetical lead.

The whole thing felt like a mix of conversation and practical evaluation rather than only background questions. It wasn’t just about how I sounded in an interview; they wanted to see how I handled a sales scenario.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the structure was clear enough that I knew what they were testing—both communication and the ability to respond to a lead-style prompt.
