Ann Arbor, MIPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process dragged on and ended up being really lengthy.

It started with a quick phone call, and then the second interview was by far the hardest interview I’d ever done.

After that, the third interview felt more relaxed, which at least made the final stretch less stressful. The part that frustrated me most was that they didn’t provide feedback after interviews, and I heard they weren’t going to pursue me without any real explanation.

I didn’t get an offer. I left feeling like I’d been through something intense with very little support on how it ended, and the lack of feedback made the whole process feel even harder to process.
