Los Angeles, CAPosted Aug 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt very professional and thorough, and I didn’t feel like anything was sloppy or rushed.

The only real knock for me was how long it took. It stretched to just over two months from the first interview to the point where I was offered a decision, and there were seven interviews in total.

Because the experience itself felt well-run, the duration was the main factor that made it feel heavy. Even though I was engaged throughout, the long timeline took a toll on my attention and momentum.

I didn’t get an offer, but I still came away thinking the structure was solid. The reflection I had was that thorough can still be too slow, and that extended timeline made the process feel less
