I interviewed with multiple managers, and one moment stood out because I wasn’t warned ahead of time.

During the process, I had to pitch a product on the spot.

The team itself was great in how they interacted with me, but the overall experience didn’t feel good to me as a process because that surprise element made the interview feel less fair than it should have.

I didn’t get an offer. I ultimately felt like the interview wasn’t aligned with what I wanted out of a hiring process, and I walked away thinking I’d be better off elsewhere.
