I spoke with the recruiter first, then moved through a quick chain of interviews with multiple managers, ending with a director.

Across those conversations, they asked a lot of questions to understand my background and why I was interested in sales, and it felt like they were also testing whether Attentive would be a good fit for both sides.

The whole process moved quickly, and it was one of the few times I actually heard back right after my last interview. It gave the rounds a sense of closure even though I didn’t end up with an offer.

Overall, it felt efficient and focused on fit, and I walked away with a clearer understanding of what they cared about.
