San Francisco, CAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I met with five people total, and the process moved quickly between conversations.

The sequence was pretty direct: recruiter first, then a manager, then two managers back to back, and finally a director. Across those rounds, the common thread was that they really wanted to see coachability.

There was also a noticeable emphasis on a pitch-style exercise. I was given a case study and asked to pitch Attentive, which meant the interview wasn’t just behavioral—it required an organized, confident delivery on the spot. It felt like they were testing whether I could take feedback and adapt my presentation style while keeping the message tight.

I didn’t end up getting the offer.
