I went through a four-stage interview process, and the time investment stayed manageable—about two hours total during my sessions.

The conversations were genuinely good, and I felt like I was connecting with the people I met. I made it through all four stages.

At the end, they told me I wasn’t moving forward and didn’t give a single reason. That would’ve been easier to digest if the feedback had been there, but when I tried to follow up politely, I got ghosted instead.

It was a huge red flag for me because everything about the conversations up to that point felt normal, and then the silence took over. The process ended abruptly without closure, and that lack of explanation stayed with me.
