I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an easy-to-average feel and a small set of interviews, but remote-work clarification became the main blocker.

Technical interview (low depth) — I did a technical conversation that wasn’t very deep, alongside a clear explanation of what the role would cover.
Panel-style rounds (different profiles) — I went through multiple interviews with different internal profiles who answered my questions in the moment.
Remote/telework discussion — The process issue was centered on telework, which wasn’t resolved in my favor. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the role fit on skills was fine, but the telework situation derailed the process.
