I interviewed for Software Engineer in an organized process that felt objective and supportive, with multiple stakeholders involved.

Recruiter coordination — I interacted with recruiters who were helpful and clear about the process.
Manager involvement — The project manager joined the discussion.
Team participation — I also met members of the project team, and the conversations stayed partner-like and collaborative. Outcome: No offer details were shared, but the process felt unusually well-run compared to other interviews.
