My process started with an online assessment, followed by an OA-phone screen style sequence and then a tech-behavior flow.

The overall vibe felt calm and smooth, and the recruiters were quick to reply.

In the technical portion, they asked me about designing a snake, framed more like a “why Atlassian” plus a technical behavior prompt. The online assessment included two medium LeetCode questions, which felt like a clear test of core coding ability without being overly chaotic.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the entire experience felt well-paced and organized. What stuck with me was the contrast between how competitive the process can be and how easy it felt to navigate because the communication was strong.
