My process followed what was laid out in their materials almost exactly.

It started with a conversation with an internal recruiter. After that, I completed stage 1, which was a coding interview, and then I moved forward to stage 2.

Stage 2 had two parts: one coding interview and one system design interview. I didn’t make it to the final stage.

I appreciated that nothing felt hidden or improvised—the steps matched their documented process. Still, I ended up rejected, and my reflection was that while the structure was transparent, it still came down to the final stage decision that I wasn’t able to clear.
