I applied through the Atlassian portal and was shortlisted for an online assessment, which I cleared.

After that I got an interview call, and the process moved into two back-to-back technical rounds.

In the first technical round, I was asked a DSA-style problem. The second technical round was more values-leaning and project-focused, with questions that tied back to the kind of work I’d done and how that aligned with Atlassian’s expectations, plus some HR-style questions.

Overall the journey felt structured and role-relevant, and I walked away with a sense that they were looking for both problem-solving ability and alignment with the company’s culture. I ended up receiving an offer.
