Sacramento, CAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My recruiter-to-interview flow felt extremely wasteful and repetitive.

It started with a recruiter step, then there were two technical interview rounds and then a values interview and a manager interview, with everything taking about an hour each. The entire experience dragged on across multiple days.

The difficulty was labeled easy by the way it was framed, but the frustration came from the time cost rather than the technical challenge itself. I didn’t get an offer, and I left feeling like the process was farming interviews in a way that didn’t feel respectful of my time.
