I ended up doing interviews over about two months, and the process honestly felt like it went smoothly right up until it suddenly didn’t.

I went through a coding challenge, then a system design interview, and finally a full-stack interview. Each round seemed to land well, and I got positive feedback along the way.

What threw me off was how the communication fell apart at the end. The recruiter didn’t share any detailed feedback, even though I asked for it, and the message was that they weren’t continuing. The process abruptly ended after feeling promising. I left the whole experience with the sense that things were going well technically, but the wrap-up—and the lack of feedback—left a sour taste.
