Atlassian Software Engineer interview experience

I had a quick, tightly structured interview.

There was a one-hour technical session where they asked an OOPs-related question and an LRU-focused question. After that, I did a one-hour values interview where they asked questions tied to each of Atlassian’s values.

The vibe was straightforward—less bouncing between many different rounds and more focused evaluation in two blocks. I felt like I knew what was being measured at each stage.

I ended up receiving an offer, and overall it felt like a clean, efficient process rather than something drawn out.
