My process started with OA that led into a technical interview with a LeetCode easy/medium coding focus.

After that, I moved straight into a values interview where we discussed Atlassian values and I shared anecdotes for how I’d expressed each of them.

Once the values discussion finished, the recruiter followed up and I ended up receiving an offer. It felt like the loop was oriented around both practical coding and direct alignment with the values, and the outcome matched that straightforward structure.
