My early stages included a case study and behavioral questioning, but what surprised me was how vague the behavioral questions felt and how disconnected the case study was from the specific domain I’d expected.

The selection process stretched across multiple rounds, and it took a long time overall.

Even so, the feedback I received was informative, and I remember the interviewers communicating that the goal wasn’t to hire for a single sharply defined position, but to evaluate skills broadly. The part that left me uncertain was the lack of clarity at the end—after so many steps, it still wasn’t obvious whether I was being considered for an open vacancy. The process itself wasn’t chaotic, but the combination of unclear fit signals and the long timeline made the whole thing feel draining.
