Atlassian Software Engineer interview experience

The structure was consistent: two technical rounds, one system design, one values interview, and a team lead meeting. Each interviewer had a set schedule, which made it feel equitable across candidates.

The difficulty stayed average, and the experience didn’t feel especially chaotic or unpredictable. I received an offer, and my main takeaway was that the process itself seemed designed to be run consistently rather than improvised on the fly.
